Refund policy
Returns:Â Because of the custom nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges or issue refunds. Please be aware that with all natural products, there may be occasional subtle dye lot shifts, and computer images are not able to capture precise color. If color match is paramount, we encourage you to first order a sample, and we will pull from the dye lot from which we are currently working.
Damaged Items: Great care is given in packing your order. In the event there is damage in shipping, notify us within 48 hours of receiving shipment to submit a claim for replacement.
